Paying by credit card

The quickest and easiest way to order your eve workwear is to complete your order online using our secure payment gateway or PayPal. Our payment gateway is certified to VISA and Master Card’s global industry standards, ensuring best practice methodologies and processes are adhered to, protecting eve workwear customers.

Exchanges & returns

It can be difficult selecting the right size online, we welcome an exchange, credit note or full refund on online purchases within 30 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn condition. Items purchases on SALE are not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged for items of same value or less.

If your selected garment is out of stock, you must select from the current range available at eveworkwear.com.au. Alternatively a credit note will be issued for 12 months.

MOVING SALE - April 2024

Due to price increases and economic conditions we have had to make the difficult decision to close down our distribution centre in Toronto, Canada. We would like to offer customers during the period of April 4th - 30th 2024, the opportunity to purchase and receive goods from this distribution centre, as we are moving all stock back to Australia Brisbane. Any items purchased during this period will NOT be eligible for a return, refund, store credit or exchange as we will not have the facilities to complete these processes from the Canadian distribution centre. Stock will be heavily discounted to account for this.

Gift Cards

eve workwear gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the unique code at checkout. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded. Not redeemable for cash. This code will expire 12 months from the date of purchase and any unused value will not be refunded or credited.

Fully Guaranteed

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify eve workwear immediately, info@eveworkwear.com.au to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund. Goods may be returned PO Box 668, Morningside, QLD 4170, Australia, providing the garments are unworn with tags in tact and accompanied by the receipt. Should a fault appear after a garment has been worn, it would be appreciated if you would launder it prior to returning it to us, and eve workwear will conduct an inspection to determine if the garment is faulty.

Your privacy

We value the relationship we have with you and respect your privacy at all ties. Your personal information is stored securely and is not sold, rented or traded to others.

Liability

eve workwear does not accept any liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any other website linked to this website.

eve workwear reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

eve workwear will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet been shipped.

Typographical errors

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, eve workwear reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.
