Exchanges & Returns
We understand that it can be difficult to select the right size when shopping online, that’s why we welcome exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase for all customers, and 60 days for international customers.
All you have to do is create an account using the same email address you made your purchase with. Once created, login to your account (please check your spam email folder for emails), locate your the order and select the item you wish to exchange or return for a store credit or refund. Return to the appropriate address below. If you cannot submit your exchange/return online through your account, please include your order #, name, address and details of your request and once received we will process accordingly.

The return shipping costs for a return or an exchange is at the customers expense. eve workwear will pay for the shipping costs back to the customer for an exchange. Please ensure the original tags are attached, and items are returned in unworn condition. This means that they are free of dirt and animal hair.
If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, please select from the current range. Alternatively, a credit note will be issued (valid for 12 months) or a refund will be processed.
We do not offer refunds on sale items.
Please allow 14 days for the administration and processing of a refund.

SHIPPING
Australia & New Zealand
We offer FREE delivery (orders $30 and over). Normal delivery times apply taking into consideration any delays due to pandemics and natural disasters. Rural and remote deliveries may take a little longer.
Express shipping is available for a $15 flat rate.
International customers
For international customers (all customers outside of Australia and New Zealand), over $200 are eligible for FREE shipping. A flat fee of $20 applies for orders under $200.
