Being a boilermaker, it's a struggle to find work pants that last, look good and offer any level of protection. The last lot I tried were expensive but didn't last more than 6 months. I found Eve Battlers, tried a pair and after liking the quality, functionality & fit, I bought a few more. The ultimate test was this week while the cutting an obscured tack, the cutting wheel caught and sent the grinder flying into my leg, while running. The leg of my pants shredded but thanks to the double layer of fabric & the huge amount of coverage in the knee area, it stopped the cutting wheel from slicing my leg open. I ended up with just a few minor cuts and abrasions. I'm convinced this incident would have been a lot worse had I been wearing the single layer XXX brand pants. Please don't ever change the quality of these jeans !

After four years of locating and excavating explosives, I have FINALLY found the perfect pants for trekking over difficult and varied terrain, bending, kneeling, climbing and walking.
The Battlers are fantastic for comfort and usability. They're incredibly sturdy pants, including catching on barbed wire (climbing over fences) multiple times before even the hint of a tear in the fabric.
The pockets are insanely useful, particularly the zipper one, and I LOVE the length, as they cover the tops/mids of my boots and provide that extra protection in case of snake bites.

The pants may be a bit tight to begin with, but they stretch a liiiiittle as you wear them throughout the day, in my experience. I bought both a 12 and a 14 at first, and the 12 would feel tight in the morning but was perfect by 9/10am. The 14 would be comfortable in the morning and I'd need to tighten my belt another notch later in the day as they stretched a little.
The buttons did pop off both pairs, unfortunately, but considering that's fixable and other workwear brands would literally have seams on my a** split when I slipped on uneven ground or snagged a bit of wire, that small inconvenience is well worth my loyalty to this brand.

My only request would be to consider making a pair with the tool loop on the left side. I know it wont be practical for everyone/is niche for me, but I carry a pick and as a right-handed person, when I swing my metal detector it bumps the pick, which resets my detector lmao. Will I get my wish? No, but it's worth suggesting anyway.

Buy these pants, they're incredible.

Its taken a couple of orders to work out the sizing but i have finally found my favourite work pants.
Awesome pockets, really like the zip pocket so phone stays safely inside.
Now that i have found the right sizing for me(had to go up)i will restart my collection

Love these pants! I bought the size 8 and they fit my thighs and booty well.
My only problem with them is I have quite a tiny waist so the waist was far too big, I fixed this by having an elastic put in the waistband.
Maybe a new design could include this for added comfort!

Amazing quality but the sizing is small so I would suggest a size up. I was hoping there wouldn’t be the bum gap at top of pants but there was :(
